1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and pkuck ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pkuck website available at https://pkuck.org and all associated services, games, promotions and features offered thereon.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on pkuck, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pkuck platform.

2Eligibility Requirements

The pkuck platform is intended solely for adults. To register and maintain an active account on pkuck, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. Failure to meet any one criterion constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

You must confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pkuck applies a strict minimum age of 21 in line with responsible gaming best practices and the platform's commitment to player welfare.
• You are a natural person and a resident of Bangladesh. The pkuck platform is operated exclusively for players located in Bangladesh using Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) as their transacting currency.
• You have not previously been excluded from pkuck, had an account terminated for breach of Terms, or been self-excluded through pkuck's responsible gaming tools.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Account sharing, joint accounts, and the use of another person's payment credentials on your account are strictly prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of pkuck or any of its affiliated game providers.

pkuck reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any eligibility criterion at any time, including a government-issued national identity card, passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) calendar days may result in account suspension pending KYC verification.

3Account Registration and Security

Each eligible individual may register one (1) pkuck account. The registration process requires a valid mobile number, a unique password, and accurate personal details. pkuck uses your mobile number as the primary identifier for account access and two-factor authentication.

Account holder obligations:

• You are solely responsible for the security of your pkuck account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify pkuck support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach affecting your registered mobile number or email address.
• You must ensure that the personal information held on your account (name, mobile number, email, payment method details) remains accurate and current at all times. Outdated contact details may prevent password recovery and withdrawal processing.
• pkuck staff will never ask for your password by email, SMS, phone call or any other channel. Any communication purportedly from pkuck requesting your login credentials should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to [email protected].

KYC Verification

pkuck operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with anti-money laundering best practices. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, at the first withdrawal request, when cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed specified thresholds, or at any time at pkuck's discretion.

Documents that may be requested for KYC include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address. pkuck processes KYC documents securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Account withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

All deposits on pkuck are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. pkuck does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — funds credited within 30 seconds of confirmed transfer.
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank — funds credited within one (1) business day.
• Card payments: Visa and Mastercard where supported by your issuing bank for online transactions.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be reversed upon detection.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in BDT to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times vary by method:

• bKash and Nagad: 5 to 15 minutes after approval.
• Rocket and Upay: up to 30 minutes after approval.
• Bank transfer: 1 to 3 business days after approval.
• Visa and Mastercard: 3 to 5 business days after approval, subject to issuing bank processing times.

5Bonuses and Promotions

pkuck offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section. Acceptance of a bonus constitutes acceptance of the applicable bonus terms, which operate as a supplement to these general Terms.

General bonus rules:

• Welcome bonus: New players who make their first deposit of ৳500 or more are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made.
• Reload bonuses and free spins: Periodic reload bonuses and free spin awards are subject to individual promotional terms communicated at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements, expiry dates and game restrictions will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire fourteen (14) days from the date of issue unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotional terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• Abuse and collusion: pkuck reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to suspend or close the account, if it determines that a player has attempted to exploit a promotion through collusion, arbitrage betting, systematic low-risk wagering strategies, or any other method inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• One bonus per household: Only one welcome bonus is awarded per household address, IP address and payment method. Multiple accounts or registrations created to claim bonus funds more than once are a breach of these Terms and will result in all bonus funds and associated winnings being forfeited.

Bonus Withdrawal Conditions

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Once the wagering requirement is satisfied, the remaining bonus balance (up to the maximum cashout limit stated in the relevant promotion) converts to real-money funds withdrawable via your registered payment method. Wagering progress is displayed in real time in your account dashboard.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on pkuck are supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe. Each game operates according to its own published rules and uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by independent testing laboratories. pkuck does not modify game outcomes.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on the game provider's server, the server-side record shall be the definitive result. pkuck shall not be liable for losses resulting from connectivity interruptions, device malfunctions, or power failures occurring on the player's side during an active game session.

Prohibited game conduct includes:

• Using automated software, bots, macros or any form of artificial assistance to play games or place bets on pkuck.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors in any game. Any winnings derived from a known software error are void and will be reclaimed by pkuck.
• Chip dumping, match-fixing or any form of collusion with other players in live table games.
• Any conduct that pkuck determines, in its sole discretion, to be contrary to the spirit of fair play or that disadvantages other players, the Platform or its game providers.

7Sports Betting Rules

pkuck offers sports betting markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series featuring the Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi and other sports. All betting markets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and competition, which are available within the betting section of the platform.

Key sports betting rules:

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are correct at the time of bet placement. Live (in-play) odds fluctuate in real time; pkuck reserves the right to suspend a market at any time without notice.
• A bet is void if the event to which it relates is cancelled, postponed beyond twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled start time, or if the market is suspended before settlement due to a data feed error.
• pkuck will settle markets in accordance with official competition results published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.). If an official result is later overturned by the governing body, pkuck reserves the right to re-settle the affected markets accordingly.
• The maximum payout on any single sports bet is ৳500,000 unless a higher limit is specifically communicated in writing by pkuck support. Parlays and accumulator bets are subject to combined odds limits as displayed in the platform.

pkuck expressly prohibits betting on events in which a player, or any person connected to the player, is a direct participant. Any winnings derived from such bets are void and will be forfeited without compensation.

8Responsible Gaming

pkuck is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes active steps to prevent problem gambling and to support players who may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties. All players are strongly encouraged to familiarise themselves with the tools available on the platform.

Available responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when set to a lower amount and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set duration of continuous play. pkuck recommends setting session reminders for intervals of one hour or less.
• Cool-off periods: Take a break from gambling for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days) without permanently closing your account. During a cool-off period, login access is suspended but your account balance is preserved.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account for a minimum period of six (6) months or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, pkuck will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account.

pkuck is strictly a 21+ platform. If you believe a person under the age of 21 has access to a device on which your pkuck account is logged in, you must log out and contact [email protected] immediately. 9Account Suspension and Termination

pkuck reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, if pkuck determines that the account has been used in violation of these Terms or in a manner that is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the Platform, other players or third parties.

Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account or payment credentials.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, match fixing, or any other criminal activity on or through the platform.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against pkuck without first attempting to resolve the issue through official support channels.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance in the account at the time of termination may be forfeited if the termination arises directly from fraudulent or criminal conduct. In all other cases of account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of applicable withdrawal procedures.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the pkuck platform — including but not limited to the pkuck brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces provided under licence from game providers, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pkuck or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkuck platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the pkuck platform or its content without the prior written consent of pkuck.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkuck and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pkuck platform or its services.

In no event shall pkuck's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkuck account in the sixty (60) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Privacy and Data Protection

pkuck collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the pkuck Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy carefully before registering an account.

pkuck uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your personal data will not be sold or transferred to third parties except where required for payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

13Amendments to These Terms

pkuck reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pkuck will notify registered players by posting an updated version of the Terms on the pkuck website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Notification may also be sent via SMS or email to the contact details held on your account.

Your continued use of the pkuck platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
